LenioTech, an Indian company that offers remote help to consumers struggling with technology problems, is planning to expand its service to customers in India and France, after a huge success of its main business in the US and Canada.

LenioTech has established itself as the largest subscription help service in the US, with around 17,000 customers in the US paying $149.95 a year for access to phone and online help lines that have been primarily staffed in India.
LenioTech’s operations so far have been focused on English-speaking markets. But company spokesman said that they have started a pilot service in Europe providing support in French, German, and Spanish. Also the company has a plan to deal with Arabic language speaking customers and support to gulf countries as well.
